Basam Murtaza Tahoor is the founder of Tahoors Creative Inc., a Halifax-based creative agency helping entrepreneurs and businesses strengthen their presence through creative websites, branding, marketing, digital advertising, and storytelling illustration – children’s book, anime & manga, and cartoon character design.

In 2026, Basam was selected as a Canadian delegate to the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (G20 YEA), representing Canada at the G20 YEA Summit in Vienna, Austria. He is a member of the Innovation, Digitization, and the Future of Work Policy Task Force, contributing to international discussions on entrepreneurship, innovation, and the future of work.

Beyond business, Basam gives back to community by supporting emerging entrepreneurs through free workshops, mentorship with Futurpreneur, and his work as a digital marketing facilitator with ISANS. He is also a connector with Halifax Partnership and a member of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, committed to creating opportunities and strengthening the entrepreneurial community.
